FAQ

  • Is Hemp legal?
YES! Thanks to the 2018 Agricultural Improvement Act (Farm Bill), hemp is no longer a controlled substance. However, hemp is still regulated and can only be grown with a permit. Currently Tennessee regulations require all Hemp to test at Delta 9 THC ~ 0.3% or lower. All of our Hemp is Farm Bill Compliant and independently tested to ensue legal limits. Must be 21 to purchase. Buyer assumes risk and responsibility to ensure they are following their state laws.
  • Will your products get me high?
No. Our products are Farm Bill Compliant testing at 0.3% Delta 9 THC, or lower. You may experience some increased relaxation, depending on the strain. IMPORTANT: We are Tenneessee Hemp Program and Farm Bill Compliant. However, we do not guarantee you will be able to pass drug testing, as there are too many varibles and types of testing.
  • Do you offer Samples?
YES! We occasionally need our customers to sample new strains and products, and offer their personal review. Make sure you sign up for our Newletter to learn more.
  • How long does it take to receive my product? Where do you ship?
Order by 12 Noon CST, and your product will ship the next business day. We make every effort to ship the same day. Please allow extra time for Holidays. We follow each state's guidelines on products and will only ship allowed products. If your state does not allow Smokeable Hemp, unfortunately, we will not be able to ship that product to you at this time. We also do not ship to HI, ID, IA, MS, NH, and SD at the moment. Laws and regulations are always changing, so please reach out to us with shipping questions. We do not ship Internationally at this time.
  • How are products shipped? Will my package be safe?
All products are shipped via USPS. On November 8th, 2018, in the case of KAB LLC vs United Staes Postal Service, Judge Shapiro ruled that Hemp CBD products are mailable, and any seized packages are to be returned to the rightful owner. www.about.usps.com/who-we-are/judicial/admin-decisions/2018/mlb-18-39-fd.htm In addition the 2018 Farm Bill created Interstate Commerce, and created a process by which states could propose their own plans to regulate hemp production and distribution. https://about.usps.com/postal-bulletin/2019/pb22521/html/updt_002.htm
